Turnkey Emulsion Truck Unloading System

The problem: our client needed quick delivery of a truck offloading measurement system that was expandable and would provide transaction reports automatically to the accounting system.  They viewed one of our systems and liked the design – a few specific changes were made and we proceeded with fabrication.  The entire skid-based, turnkey system was inspected and tested before leaving the fabrication yard: this proved to be of great benefit by significantly reducing commissioning time.  The field construction time was also significantly reduced, as the skid had an integral trucker room, electrical room and metering system room, all pre-wired and constructed.  In the field, the package only required being set in place, outlet piping added, power and communication wiring and some site leveling before accepting the first truckload.
