Step 3: Client Approval For Expediture
- Assess payback period
- Choose automation level
- Issue purchase order
Step 4: Planning & Scheduling
- Perform fugitive emissions study
- Recommend site modifications for zone declassification
- Order panel components and instrumentations
- Arrange schedule and equipment requirements of field contractors
- Prepare scope and drawings for client approval
- Prepare implementation schedule
Step 5: Manufacturing
- Confirm or amend equipment requirements based on approved drawings
- Fabricate control panel
- Configure GUARDIAN to suit application requirements
- Shop test completed panel and instrumentation
- Verify receipt of all required field hardware, including those required by field contractors
- Perform Factory Acceptance Test, witnessed by client
Step 6: Installation & Commissioning
- Assist client/contractor with commissioning and site startup
- Train operations staff and provide site specific documentation
